The Toronto Blue Jays snapped the Baltimore Orioles’ six-game winning streak.
Toronto won 3-1 on Friday (July 15) at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Maryland.
Starter Jose Berrios earned his seventh win of the season with 7⅔ innings of three-hit ball, one walk and five strikeouts. He took a no-hitter into the sixth inning. Berrios, who signed a seven-year, $131 million extension after the 2021 season, struggled last season, going 12-7 with a 5.23 ERA in 32 games (172 innings). He had a shaky start to this season as well, giving up eight runs in 5⅔ innings (12.71 ERA) in his first start of the season. However, he gradually settled down and rebounded to go 7-4 with a 3.28 ERA in 14 games (85 innings).토토사이트
The bullpen of Tim Mayza (⅓ scoreless inning) and Jordan Romano (1 run in 1 inning) helped preserve the win. Romano earned his 19th save of the season. At the plate, George Springer hit his 10th home run of the season. Bo Bichette and Whit Merrifield each had multi-hit games.
The loss snapped a five-game winning streak for Baltimore. Starter Kyle Bradish pitched seven innings, allowing four runs (one earned) on seven hits with one walk and one strikeout, but the offense couldn’t get enough support to take the loss.

The two teams locked horns early in the game. Toronto was the first to break the silence. Toronto took the lead in the sixth inning with a solo home run by Springer.
Toronto starter Berrios continued his no-hitter through the sixth inning. However, a hit by Adley Rutchman in the seventh inning ended the no-hitter.
Toronto added a run in the eighth when Kevin Kiermaier led off with a single, stole second, advanced to third on a walk and scored on Wimerfield’s RBI double. A stolen base by Merrifield and a walk to Santiago Espinal put runners on first and third with nobody out. But Bichette followed with an RBI double to score another run.
Berrios took the mound again in the eighth. But Adam Frazier and Ramon Urias singled and he was replaced by Tim Mayza with runners on first and second. Mayza got Gunner Henderson to ground out to shortstop to end the threat.
Baltimore had one last chance to score in the ninth inning, as Ryan O’Hearn and Austin Hays singled to load the bases. Aaron Hicks followed with an RBI single to score the first run of the game. However, no more runs would score.
