40 players and coaching staff, including head coach Hong Won-ki, trained for 3 days and rested for 1 day at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick in Arizona, USA. Seol Jong-jin, future team coach, and 40 coaching staff will hold a spring camp in preparation for the 2023 season in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
American spring camp focuses on improving skills based on basic training. Ahead of this season, we plan to check the condition of new players who have joined the team, and closely check the training process and growth potential of new and younger players.
On the other hand, the Taiwan spring camp focuses on actual combat. We organized more than 10 practice matches with the Taiwanese professional baseball team to focus on improving the players’ real sense of practice and skills.
